Of Counsel
Andrew Marchev joined Main Street Law in 2024 as Of Counsel after building a thriving solo practice under the business name Three Rivers Law. Andrew represents a wide array of clients, including family farms, working lands enterprises, community land trusts and food entrepreneurs. He assists clients with business succession planning and starting businesses. Andrew’s practice also includes land use, wills, probating estates, landlord - tenant issues, and general civil litigation.
To assist his clients with their legal needs, Andrew brings to bear not only his three years of experience running his own small business, but also his varied career. His prior experience includes working for the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems, and the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board. He also teaches two courses in Food and Agricultural Law at Vermont Law and Graduate School.
Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors for Food Connects and on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Organic Farmers. He also enjoys going hiking with his wife and his old hound dog, Remi.
